Handling Fee Option costs

We deliver only in Kenya. We have delivery points in most of the main towns in Kenya which we call PICK-UP points.  Please note, if you would like to shop for a family member and their town is not among those shown, please call us and we could make special arrangements for the delivery.

Voucher option £4.99 (This fee is charged if the only items in your basket total are Vouchers)

Airtime Option £4.99 (This fee applies if the only items in your basket total is Airtime)

Gifts & Flowers and cakes Option £5.49 (This fee applies if the only items in your basket total are gifts or flowers that you need delivered within a certain radius of Nairobi)

PICK Up Option £9.99   (This option applies to the main shopping services  plus a combination of any of the items above). The items will have to be picked from one of our listed pick-up points. They will find them packed and ready for pick-up.   These are the pick-up points: Uhuru Highway-MEGA, Kimathi Street-Nairobi, Nairobi Westlands, Village Market, Old Embakasi Rd, Ndagoretti Corner-Junction, Karen Shopping Centre, Kisumu Nakumatt City, Nyerere Avenue Mombasa, Msa-Malindi Rd- Mombasa, Kisii Town,  Eldoret Town and Meru Town Nakumatt

We have added other delivery points: Nakuru, Kerugoya, Embu, Naivasha, Karatina and  Nyeri, Mumias, Kakamega but with this there is a surcharge for courier services.

Ps: Due to the strong shilling and the low exchange rate, courier fees have increased at a minimal rate.  Also, as you all know, come Christmas time and all modes of transport hike their fees.  Because of Christmas, we are recieving some very large orders, most of them are costing way above the courier charges we pay.  If any orders do exceed the courier fee we  are charged, we will revert to the customer  for the extra fee but they do have a choice of either going ahead with the order or a refund.  We are charged per size of the package, hence its difficult to charge in advance.

Note that  for any combination of  the above shipping options, the Highest figure will prevail. This means that the highest fee you can pay for any combination option will be £9.99 E.g. if you buy vouchers, airtime + main shopping, the option will have to be PICK-UP and hence will charge £9.99 only.
