Ordering Process

Once you have picked all the items, you need to follow the process as below (all the green bits have to be done):

• GO TO CHECKOUT

• Click either ORDER WITH or ORDER WITHOUT REGISTRATION

• ORDERING PROCESS

• Your email address (MUST) below this, Invoice Address: You must fill in your correct billing address (Address abroad)

• Recipient’s contact Address in Kenya: Tick DELIVERY TO KENYAN RECIPIENT ADDRESS continue to next page

• Recipient contact address FILL IN YOUR KENYAN CONTACT ADDRESS (very crucial) and make sure that on the Country drop down menu you have selected Kenya (if you don't it will give you an error message), and on the postcode Type the Pick up/delivery point (a) Below select a payment method tick your mode of payment either PAYPAL or CASH (b) Below this Delivery Method go down a bit and tick your Pick up method and right at the bottom in the box you can write your pick up/delivery method  or other comments.  Lastly CLICK on Continue to check out. From here follow any other instructions you may find depending on if you are paying Cash or by Paypal.

For the shopping process to succeed, you have to make sure you fill in the delivery address as per the example shown above (the Red areas). Make sure you indicate a Pick up point in place of Post Code plus the correct address of the recipient.

How is the Shopping delivered?

What we have are PICK-UP POINTS within major towns in Kenya. We shop and then deliver the goods to the convenient pick up points for your recipient. When you finish shopping online you will need to put your address as the INVOICE address and on the next page DELIVERY address will be for your recipient in Kenya. On the Delivery Address page, please make sure to fill in the Kenyan contact details. Make sure the country Kenya is indicated . where there is a Post Code, please fill this area with a PICK-UP point (check below) which is convenient for your recipient. We will aim to have done your shopping and ready for pick up within 72 hours the latest. In most cases it may take shorter time than that. Please note if you would wish to shop for a family member and their town is not indicated; call us and we could make special arrangements to make the delivery

We have added more Delivery Towns.  However, for the delivery areas below, there is a surchage.  You will fill the address details as usual but once you are on the Pick Up or Delivery Method page,  you select the pick-up town you wish the items delivered to i.e. either of the ones listed below.

Delivery in Kenya to Home Addresses.

We do not deliver to home address. The delivery addresses at the moment will be one of the PICK-UP points provided above. But upon request, we can delivery the very large domestic items within a certain radius of Nairobi. Should you require to buy such items to be delivered to other towns please do contact us in advance and we will see what we could organise for you. We are here to help and we will do our utmost to do so. We understand the need for such services especially when we are living abroad and we want to do things for our friends and family back home.

How to Pay for the goods.

We use the Paypal method for payment. Paypal is a very secure online payment method whereby you can use your credit or debit card or visa. We do not collect or keep your card details with us. Paypal handles transaction payment and charges us for the service. We then receive an email telling us that you have paid for your order.

The other method we use is by Cash through bank deposits, or Postal Order for UK Residents.

Goods can only be picked from the above named areas for now. Your recipient will be given exact location where to collect their shopping by our representative in Kenya. However, we eventually hope to expand the area of operation. Be on the look out for new delivery areas.

We understand how difficult it can be when you want to shop for friends and family who do not live within the big cities but we will strive to reach everyone in the long run.
